- Training courses in biostatistics and epidemiology, R programming, databases and omics data analysis, metabolomics, and functional genomics
- Career development plans for students

Metabolic research activity
Period: December 2024 – November 2029
Objectives:
- Enable metabolic diseases pilot studies utilizing a big-biodata computing approach
and interdisciplinary collaboration - Contribute to the updates of international databases and online tools
- Ensure implementation of Open Research and Research integrity practices

- Scientific publications
- Compliance with the requirements of Animal Ethics, Open Research, and Research integrity.
Capacity building

Objectives:
- Develop infrastructure network for omics data analysis
- Establish collaboration and sustainable scientific activities of the Metabolic Research Group
- Create a long-term sustainability plan for Metabolic Research Group
- Achieve sustainable funding of Metabolic Research Group from external competitive research projects

- To disseminate and exploit research results

Management
Period: December 2024 – November 2029
Objectives:
- Day-to-day management of the project to ensure the implementation of planned activities,
- Achievement of Milestones, and submission of Deliverables and Reports to the Funding agency
Description of work:
- Manage all administrative, financial, technical, and legal aspects of the project.
- Ensure compliance with the respective institutional, national, and the EU requirements
