Bridging AI and Multi-Omics for Precision Medicine: Key Insights from Dr. Oskolkov’s RSU Lecture
21.11.2025
On 14 November, the Head of our Metabolic Research Group, Dr. Nikolay Oskolkov, delivered a lecture at the Riga Stradiņš University Department of Doctoral Studies titled: “AI-Driven Multi-Omics Integration for Precision Medicine: Methodology and Applications.”
The lecture introduced current approaches for integrating large-scale multi-omics datasets and demonstrated how combined analysis can reveal biological insights that single datasets cannot capture. Dr. Oskolkov highlighted key machine-learning methods and practical strategies for analyzing complex biomedical data.
This event also provided an excellent opportunity to connect with new colleagues and explore future scientific collaboration.
